Coach Daniel Rabbetts brings passion, energy, and heart to everything he does—on and off the court. With over 15 years of coaching experience, Daniel has led athletes in basketball, soccer, and swimming at competitive levels, always striving to bring out the best in every individual he works with.
While he’s a fan of all sports, basketball holds a special place in his heart. For Daniel, the game is more than just competition—it’s a powerful tool to teach life lessons, build character, and guide young athletes to become confident, respectful, and resilient individuals.
As a husband and proud father to young basketball players Haiden (16), Kobe (13), and Landon (7), Daniel understands the vital role of mentorship, teamwork, and fun in youth development. His deep commitment to cultivating both skill and spirit has made him a trusted and inspiring presence in the community.
Michael Loubert
USA Basketball Gold Licensed Coach | Youth Development Specialist | Varsity Coach
Michael Loubert is a USA Basketball Gold Certified and Licensed Coach with over 15 years of experience coaching boys and girls in travel, club, and organized basketball leagues. Known for his passion for teaching life skills through the game, Coach Loubert believes in developing well-rounded athletes—on and off the court.
He currently serves as the Boys & Girls Varsity Basketball Coach at Potter Junior High School and leads the 14U Boys & Girls teams at FBC. In addition to his head coaching roles, Michael has also contributed as an assistant coach across several competitive youth teams, helping guide countless players in their basketball journey.
Michael is not only a dedicated coach but also a proud father to three young athletes—Miles (14), Parker (11), and Scarlett (9)—and the husband of their biggest fan. His love for the game and commitment to youth development continue to impact players, families, and communities alike.
Tyler Durbin
Tyler Durbin brings a dynamic blend of passion, experience, and education to youth sports. He holds a degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Teaching and Coaching from San Diego State University. For the past seven years, Tyler has been a dedicated coach in the Fallbrook community, leading youth and competitive teams across baseball, soccer, and basketball.
Tyler’s energy on the court is driven by his passion for using sports to help young athletes build character, resilience, and a lifelong love for the game. His coaching philosophy is simple yet powerful: “Play hard and have fun.”
Basketball has been a lifelong passion for Tyler. He began playing recreationally in San Marcos and continued through high school, graduating from San Marcos High School in 2003. Today, he’s the head coach for the 2nd–4th grade girls’ basketball team, where his daughter Addison (9) currently plays. His son, Jackson (11), plays on the 5th–6th grade team.
Coaching brings immense joy to Tyler, and it shows—he’s known for his infectious smile and genuine enthusiasm every time he steps onto the court. Whether he’s coaching your son or daughter, you can count on Tyler to create a fun, educational, and encouraging environment that helps young players thrive.
